It forms the foundation of a whisky that is elegant, balanced and remarkably approachable. Double distilled and bottled at 42% ABV, this expression is built around harmony rather than intensity. Every element has its place—from vibrant fruit notes and freshness to gentle malt sweetness, subtle oak influence and delicate spice.
Time Shapes Character
The spirit matures in 190-litre American oak casks with a Char #3 toast, allowing the whisky to develop gradually while preserving the purity of the distillate. The oak enhances rather than dominates, contributing layers of vanilla, soft caramel and gentle spice while allowing the fruity and malty character to remain at the forefront. In the glass, the whisky displays a deep amber colour with red-gold reflections, inviting the first sip with warmth and elegance.
